I’m a snowboarding junkie yoga lover who loves to spend time in the kitchen baking and cooking.
I find spending time in the kitchen to be very relaxing and calming, it’s a place where I can step away from the world and focus on the dish that I’m creating.
My cooking has a yin and yang quality to it – the yin being the sweets and baked goods I like to indulge on, and the yang being the healthy dishes and meals in between. I like to think this creates balance.
